Theresa Gaffney

Theresa Gaffney is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and business operations. Currently, Theresa serves as a Retired individual since February 2022 and holds roles as a Strategic Advisor on the Town IT Committee for the Town of Milton, MA, and as a Board Trustee at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director for Accenture Operations in Health from February 2014 to February 2022 and various leadership positions at IBM, including Healthcare Global Business Advisor and Global Solutions Leader for Healthcare BPO from July 2000 to January 2014. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Product Manager at BARD, Inc. and Product Manager at Kontron Instruments. Theresa holds an MBA in Finance, Operations, and Marketing from Hult International Business School and a BSN in Nursing from UMass Boston.
