Bridget Gardner is an experienced professional in workforce development and educational partnerships within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Pipeline Programs, Workforce Planning and Development at Beth Israel Lahey Health since 2019, Bridget manages workforce development programs aimed at training employees for specific healthcare roles and collaborates with department managers to design comprehensive training curricula.
