Jen Kincaid

Jen Kincaid currently serves as the Executive Director of Culture & Engagement and Executive Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Beth Israel Lahey Health since October 2023. Kincaid is also a Development Consultant and Co-Founder at Loot and a Creative Consultant and Co-Founder at DoubleTake Marketing, both roles held since July 2021 and June 2018, respectively. Previous experience includes a Project Manager position for the Racial Equity Action Plan at Fenway Health from December 2021 to May 2023, and a Community Partners Account Manager for MassHealth at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from September 2017 to November 2018. Earlier roles encompass Director of Strategic Development and Communications at Casa Esperanza, Inc., Project Manager / Process Improvement Analyst at The Dimock Center, and Health Center Controlled Network Coordinator at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers. Kincaid's career began as a Community Resource Specialist at Southern Jamaica Plain Health.
