Kristy Lalley has a background in the hospitality industry, starting as a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and working their way up to roles such as Human Resources Coordinator at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Kristy then held positions as a Human Resources Manager at Marriott Hotels and Director of Human Resources at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts. Currently, Kristy is the Senior People Business Partner at BetMGM, bringing their extensive experience in human resources to the role. Kristy graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2011 with a BS in Hospitality Management.
