Esben Skou Vinther

Esben Vinther is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and esports management. Currently serving as VP of esports and VP of Strategy and Transformation at Better Collective since June 2019, Esben leads the esports division and oversees organizational strategy and transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Esben held various significant roles at H&B | Hildebrandt & Brandi from January 2012 to May 2019, focusing on strategy development, optimization, and digitization for diverse clients. Earlier experience includes positions at A.T. Kearney, where Esben was involved in change management and due diligence processes, and a guest lecturer role at Copenhagen Business School. Esben holds a CEMS Master's degree in International Management and a Master's degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Aarhus University.
