Samantha has further enhanced their skills through various certifications, including Customer Experience Strategy and Design and Digital Leadership from RMIT University in 2023, as well as certifications in Product Badge from monday.com and Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Nexacu in 2022.
