Kaitlyn McCluney is a highly skilled behavior support practitioner with extensive experience in clinical settings, currently serving as a Senior Clinician at Better Rehab since January 2023. Previously, McCluney held the position of BCBA Program Manager at Aspire Early Intervention and Clinical Director at Behavior Frontiers, among other roles. With a background in providing behavioral therapy for children with Autism, McCluney has also managed various projects, including the iPad Initiative for the Def and Hard of Hearing Association in Nepal. McCluney's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
