Alex Kopel

Alex Kopel is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in customer support and team leadership. Currently serving as Senior Technical Support Team Leader at BetterCloud since January 2020, Alex has previously held various technical roles, including Technical Consultant for LinkedIn Learning at Swoon Group and Deployment Technician at Stanford Healthcare. With experience in managing technical accounts, supporting advertising platforms, and executing project management tasks, Alex has developed expertise in enterprise-level technical solutions, customer service excellence, and team coordination. Alex holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Security from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Le Moyne College.
