Susann also has experience as a Human Resources & Finance Trainee at Waldorf Astoria Berlin and as a Hotelfachfrau at Factory Hotel GmbH & Co. KG, where Susann graduated with honors. Susann obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden in August 2016.
