Fabian Elgueta

Fabian Elgueta is a seasoned product and design leader with extensive experience in innovation and digital solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Product and Head of Innovation at Betterfly since September 2021, Fabian previously held the position of Lead Product Design at Transbank S.A., where noteworthy contributions included the creation of a new digital payment solution that increased sales conversions by 30% and the development of an international money transfer system utilizing Blockchain technology. With prior roles at companies such as everis, Readiness IT, Appoderado.cl, SOSmart Labs, allGreenup, and Rowsis Limitada, Fabian has demonstrated expertise in product design, user experience, and innovation across various industries, particularly in e-commerce and technology for children. Fabian holds a Licentiate degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Mayor, earned between 2009 and 2014.
