María Sol De Cabo currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Betterfly, a purpose-driven collective wellbeing platform. María Sol is also the Global VP of People & Culture. Prior to their current role, María Sol served as the HR Director Latin America at NotCo, a food tech firm that specializes in plant-based versions of animal-based dishes. María has a broad range of experience in human resources management, including roles at Natura, BBVA Francés, and MAPFRE. María Sol is actively involved in various organizations, such as Red de Recursos Humanos, Start-Up Chile by Corfo, and the Cambridge Business Association. María has pursued further education at institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Buenos Aires.
