Farzad Shafiee is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and developing innovative solutions. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Bettermode since October 2021, Farzad focuses on enhancing product features and improving engineering efficiency, notably introducing a framework for managing breaking changes. Previously, Farzad held leadership roles at ابر آروان, overseeing the CDN Interface sub-team after initially joining as a backend engineer, and at Reyhoon, where responsibilities included enhancing the website and API structures, as well as launching a real-time order monitoring platform. Farzad's early career included teaching assistant roles at the University of Tehran, and a freelance graphic design position focused on conference materials. Farzad holds an Engineer’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Tehran, obtained in 2015.
