Asha Bauer

Asha Bauer, PsyD, BCC, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in coaching, clinical care, and project direction. Currently serving as Principal Coach Development Manager at BetterUp, Asha leads the development strategy to enhance mental health and resilience among coaches. Asha has also held the position of Clinical Care Director at BetterUp, where efforts focused on launching innovative preventative mental health solutions. As an Advisor for Heard Mental Health, Asha supports clinicians and conducts user research to foster connections in private practice. Asha founded The Consistent Creative, a coaching venture targeting productivity and burnout prevention for entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes roles as Project Director and Lead Coach with the National Center for PTSD, alongside providing psychotherapy in a private practice setting. Asha holds a BA in Psychology from Barnard College, an MS in Clinical Psychology, and a PsyD from Indiana State University, complemented by yoga teacher training.
