Cameran Hetrick

Cameran is BetterUp’s VP of Analytics and is responsible for helping the company learn faster through data. She leads a team of analysts and data scientists who deliver meaningful insights to optimize the experience for our members, Coaches, and partners.

Cameran has more than 15 years of experience working in data and helping companies make smarter decisions. She began her career at Disneyland where she was responsible for attendance forecasting and ticket pricing. She then moved into tech to help build data teams at companies including Socialcast (acquired by VMware), thredUP, and Grove Collaborative.

Cameran holds a B.A. in economics mathematics, from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
