Jessica Brewer

Jessica Brewer serves as the VP of Total Rewards and HR Operations at BetterUp, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica held various leadership positions at Pinterest, including VP of Talent Management and Total Rewards as well as VP of Global Total Rewards from September 2022 to December 2023. Jessica's experience also includes serving as VP of Human Resources and Global Rewards at Under Armour from August 2019 to September 2022, and a significant tenure at Walmart from 2007 to 2018, where initiatives led included transforming compensation strategies for a $141 billion division spanning 26 countries. Jessica's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, both from Mississippi State University.
