Prasad Setty

Prasad Setty is a lecturer at Stanford University Graduate School of Business since September 2020, while also serving as an advisor at BetterUp, Grab, and DataStax since late 2022. Previously, Prasad worked at Google for 15 years, culminating in the role of Vice President of Digital Work Experience within Google Workspace, focusing on productive and sustainable digital work practices. In addition to this role, Prasad held various leadership positions in People Operations at Google, emphasizing data-driven people decisions and talent retention strategies. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Capital One and McKinsey, along with early career experience at Booz Allen Hamilton and IT Group. Prasad's education includes an MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
