Samantha Destefano

Samantha DeStefano is a seasoned sales executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at BetterUp since July 2023. Samantha is also a member of Chief, an organization focused on empowering women executives. Previously, Samantha held various leadership roles at Upwork from June 2017 to July 2023, including Vice President of Enterprise sales overseeing sales development and customer acquisition teams. Additionally, Samantha co-founded LiftUp, an initiative aimed at supporting women in technology. Earlier in their career, Samantha spent a decade at CareerBuilder, ascending through multiple sales positions, starting as an Account Representative and culminating as Area Sales Leader. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue University, earned in 2006.
