Jeroen Bulters

Jeroen Bulters is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and cybersecurity roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Nerd at Nerd as a Service since October 2017, and simultaneously holding the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Betty Blocks since January 2018, Jeroen has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and compliance. Previously, Jeroen held various positions, including Compliance Manager/Consultant at CATTS, Manager Software Engineering at Vitas B.V., and Junior Manager at Deloitte Nederland, where responsibilities spanned technology-enabled solutions and cyber risk services. Jeroen's earlier career includes significant roles in development and innovation at Holder, and as a Software Engineer at Laika BV, along with a foundational role as a Teaching Assistant at the Universiteit van Amsterdam. Jeroen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam.
