Abdulla Bukhowa

Abdulla Bukhowa is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the banking and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company since July 2021, Abdulla is also an Independent Non-Executive Director and Board Member at Beyon and holds several significant positions including Chairman of Umniah, Board Member of Future Generations Reserve, and Board Member of Bahrain Association of Banks. Abdulla's previous experience includes a tenure at Standard Chartered Bank, where roles spanned from Chief Executive Officer and Head of Global Banking to Head of Corporate and Institutional Clients and Financial Markets. Abdulla began career at the Central Bank of Bahrain as Head of Portfolio Management and also held a senior executive position at Reuters. Abdulla holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, one in Economics and another in Marketing, from The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at Arlington, along with an Investment Representative Program certification from BIBF.
