With over two decades of experience as a professional model, Bridgett combines her industry insights with curated studies in holistic health, body image, and eating disorders.

Once part of the problem, feeling the need to fit into a box of perfectionism, she is now dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace their self-worth from within, liberated from societal expectations.
