Lauren Coleman is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Beyond Finance since September 2019, Lauren has also held positions including Senior Manager of Talent, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Project Manager. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Smart Financial Credit Union from June 2013 to September 2019, where roles included Communications Specialist, HR Generalist, HR/Payroll Coordinator, and HR Intern. Lauren began a career in marketing as a Marketing Intern at the Women's Business Enterprise Alliance in 2012. Academically, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
