Diego Cruz

Diego Cruz is a highly skilled food technologist currently employed at Beyond Meat since January 2020, where career progression has included roles from Laboratory Technician to Food Technologist II. Prior experience includes positions as Substitute Teacher at Los Angeles Unified School District and Lead Driver at Lyft, alongside a volunteer role at United Care Family Medical Center. Diego also served as a Laboratory Technician at the University of California, Merced and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the same institution, completed in 2017, as well as a high school diploma from Loyola High School of Los Angeles.
