Beyond Meat
Troy Walton is the current VP, Protein Research & Technology at Beyond Meat. Troy has a long and impressive work history, starting with their position as a Scientist at Biosearch Technologies from July 1999 to June 2002. Troy then became a Postdoctoral Scholar at HHMI/Caltech from January 2008 to March 2014. In their current position, they are responsible for developing the process for creating Beyond Meat's products.
Troy Walton has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
