Andrea Paez Rodriguez currently serves as the People Operations & Payroll Manager and Latam Compensation and Legal Champion at Beyond ONE since September 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Latam Compensation & Legal Champion at Virgin Mobile from January 2022 to September 2023, overseeing payroll, hiring processes, and compensation programs across Latin America. Prior to that, Andrea held the position of Payroll Coordinator at Virgin Mobile Colombia from July 2016 to January 2022, managing both direct and temporary personnel. Additional experience includes working as an Analyst in Recruitment and Compensation at Profamilia from August 2011 to March 2016, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Servicios Daza S.A. from October 2006 to August 2011. Andrea holds a degree in Law from Universidad Agraria de Colombia and a specialization in Labor Law and Social Security from Colegio Mayor Nuestra señora del Rosario.
