Alex Thomas

Alex Thomas serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Beyond, Inc. since March 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from a previous role as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Overstock from July 2020 to March 2024. Alex has held various financial roles, including Vice President of International and Pricing and multiple director positions in Financial Planning & Analysis at Overstock. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Hertz and Minnesota Bank & Trust, where responsibilities included finance management and commercial relationship development. An MBA graduate from the University of St. Thomas, Alex was actively involved in leadership roles during the academic tenure, such as managing the Aristotle Fund and winning the Hult Prize Case Competition. Alex’s educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Northern State University.
