Annabelle Shaw FRSA has extensive experience in copyright, research, and licensing, currently serving as a Public Access Researcher and Rights Database Manager at the British Film Institute (BFI) since August 2006, where responsibilities include leading on mass digitisation projects and managing rights database processes. Previously, Annabelle held various roles at BFI, including Acting Head of Rights & Contracts, and has a background in copyright licensing negotiations at DACS. Annabelle holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from King's College London, a Master of Arts in Art History and Theory from the University of Essex, and a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from the same university, complemented by an early education at Hereford Cathedral School.
