Jon vander Ark

Jon Vander Ark is an accomplished executive currently serving as President and CEO of Republic Services, a position held since January 2013, with a progressive career at the company that includes roles as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President in various capacities. Prior to joining Republic Services, Jon Vander Ark spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where as a Partner, Jon co-led initiatives in sales growth and was a key leader in the Sales & Channel Management service line for the Americas. Academically, Jon Vander Ark holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy and Political Science from Calvin University.
