Alexandra Erman

Alexandra Erman currently serves as the Chief People Officer at BforeAI, where responsibilities include developing the People strategy during a period of hypergrowth and managing full employee lifecycle processes. At BforeAI, Alexandra has established a culture of high performance within a fully distributed model, implemented engagement programs, and designed a comprehensive total rewards program. As a Board Advisor at Brio and previously as Vice President of People at StreamSets Inc., Alexandra built HR departments and teams across multiple countries in competitive industries. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at GRAE Consulting and Head of People and Finance at AgoraPulse. Alexandra's earlier role as Head of Finance & HR/President of Ceramconcept LLC involved overseeing HR functions and financial operations across multiple countries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from UNEM and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from ESIAG.
