Laura Boyler is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with significant experience in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at BGB Group since September 2021, Laura previously held roles at LHH from April 2016 to September 2021, including Senior Executive Recruiter and Division Director, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Ajilon and Parker+Lynch executive search divisions. Laura has contributed to various initiatives such as the Career Coach in a colleague mentor program and participation in the Talent Source Pilot Program, as well as volunteering with the Adecco Group North America Diversity and Inclusion Team. Earlier career experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Intellect Technologies Inc.
