BGB
Ian Hemstock began their work experience in 2003 at BGB Innovation, where they served as the Purchasing Manager. In this role, they led a global procurement and inventory management team, achieving high growth and operational excellence. Ian worked there until April 2012.
In September 2012, Hemstock joined BGB Technology Inc. as the Operations Director. This marked the company's first operational expansion outside the UK. Ian provided local customer support for the North American region and searched for new business opportunities in the Wind OEM and O&M markets. In June 2016, they became the CEO of BGB Technology Inc., a position they still hold today.
Since April 2019, Hemstock has also been the Group Operations Director at BGB. This role involves developing, designing, and manufacturing total engineering solutions for service companies, distributors, and OEMs.
Overall, Hemstock has had extensive experience in operations management and leadership roles within the engineering and manufacturing industry.
Ian Hemstock left school at the age of 16 in 1978 and started working as an Engineering apprentice until 1982. Ian did not pursue any formal degree or field of study during this time.
