Neal Owens

Neal Owens has extensive experience in youth development and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Director of Operations for the DC/MD Region at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington since September 2003. Owens oversees six clubs and manages operational goals, program outcomes, and fiscal accountability. Previous roles include DC Regional Director, Area Director, and Branch Director, where responsibilities encompassed budget oversight, staff development, community relations, and policy development.
