Jaime R. Beard

Jaime R. Beard, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in land development and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Principal and Managing Director of Land & Site Development Services at BGE, Inc. since 2013, Jaime established a comprehensive land development services practice encompassing planning, survey, engineering, and construction management. Prior roles include Engineering Division Manager at Jones and Carter, where Jaime focused on strategic planning and client services, and Vice President/Partner at JBI Partners, overseeing a significant practice that contributed 30% to annual revenue. Jaime began the career as Project Manager at Halff Associates, managing municipal and private development projects. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
