Betsy Kirkpatrick

Betsy Cunningham has extensive experience in the multi-family staffing industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Strategic Programs at BG Multifamily since March 2014. In this role, Betsy oversees strategic initiatives and partnerships, while also supporting sales teams. Prior positions at BG Multifamily include Director of Sales, Account Manager, Strategic Account Executive, and National Director of Recruiting, where Betsy contributed to the company's recruitment and sales efforts. Prior to BG Multifamily, Betsy held various management roles at Fairfield Residential and Hawthorne Residential Partners, successfully enhancing occupancy rates and managing unit operations. Betsy began a career in retail at Sprint Nextel, providing customer service, and also worked with at-risk youth at Boys and Girls Home of NC. Education includes a diploma from home school and further studies at RCCC.
