Kelly Brown

Kelly Brown is the Property Management Division President at BGSF, a position held since January 2014, where leadership focuses on delivering tailored solutions across various industry verticals. Prior experience includes serving as Management Director on the Board of Directors for the Greater Nashville Apartment Association from January 2012 to February 2016, where significant contributions included roles as Publications Co-chair and Communications Committee Co-chair. Prior to this, Kelly held property management roles at Construction Enterprises, LLC, and Julian LeCraw & Company, gaining expertise in community management and networking within the Greater Nashville area. Educational achievements include an Executive Masters of International Business from Saint Louis University, completed in May 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the same institution, obtained in 2005.
