Michelle Guber has a strong background in real estate management and acquisitions. Michelle worked as the Chief Operating Officer at BH3 Management from June 2020 to present, overseeing portfolio management and acquisitions. Michelle also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Crixus BH3 Acquisition Company since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hines as an Associate in Capital Markets from August 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they had roles at KKR as an Investor Relations & Client Services professional from August 2012 to August 2015, and at Mesirow Advanced Strategies as an Associate from April 2011 to August 2012.
Michelle Guber earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 2008. Michelle then pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate from New York University, which they completed in 2017. Michelle is also a candidate for a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate from New York University.
