Omar Rayes, CPA, has a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on real estate investments. Omar currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at BH3 Management, a company that specializes in real estate investment strategies. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Gencom, where they oversaw financial operations for luxury hotels, resorts, and residential properties. Omar also gained valuable experience at PwC, where they worked as a Deals Manager in Capital Markets and provided clients with practical solutions for accounting and financial reporting issues. Omar Rayes, CPA holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Oakland University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Western Michigan University, from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Omar is a Certified Public Accountant, having obtained their certification from the State of Michigan in 2013.
