Zachary Bennett has an extensive work history in the real estate and finance industry. Zachary began their career as a Legal Assistant in the Real Estate Group at Shearman & Sterling LLP in 2001. After that, they worked as an Analyst at CB Richard Ellis from 2004 to 2005 and then at Eastern Consolidated from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Merrill Lynch as an Associate before moving on to become a Director at ABR Partners, LLC, where they underwrote acquisition and development opportunities and managed a team of five associates. Zachary then worked as a Vice President at MetBank from 2011 to 2014 and at Amerant Bank from 2014 to 2018. Most recently, they have been serving as a Consultant at GPC Partners - Family Office and currently holds the position of Managing Director at BH3 Management.

Zachary Bennett holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate - Finance & Investment from New York University, completed between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science & Economics from Brandeis University, which they completed between 1997 and 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson from the Florida Department of State in 2019 and as a Licensed Real Estate Broker from the New York State Department of State in 2009.
