Dr. Anand Kumar

Dr. Anand Kumar boasts a distinguished career in human resources, currently serving as Sr. DGM (HR) at Bharat Electronics Ltd since February 2022 and previously holding the position of Head of Human Resources since July 2018. With extensive experience at Bharat Electronics since 2002, Anand has also contributed to Central Coal Field Ltd as a Personnel Officer from June 1993 to August 1997 and served as Assistant Manager (HRD) at Galpha Lab Ltd. Anand's educational background includes a PGDPM in Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service and a B.Sc. in Physics and Geology from Guru Nanak Higher Secondary School. Currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration from AIMA - AMU, Anand's ongoing focus is on Talent Management.
