Adarsh Mohan has a diverse work experience in the fintech and startup industry. Ada₹sh started their career as a Product Engineer at Intellect Design Arena Ltd in 2016, working on the iGTB platform. Ada₹sh then moved on to Flinket Labs as a Back End Developer, where they worked on various client projects. In 2017, they joined YourQuote, a content startup, as a Product, Community & Growth specialist. Ada₹sh then transitioned to Rosate, a dating-tech startup, as an Associate Product Manager. Adarsh played a significant role in shaping the product from scratch. Ada₹sh continued their journey in the startup scene by joining Nyxion, a B2B SaaS startup, as a Product Manager. Under their leadership, Nyxion developed the world's first fully AI-powered email service. Before their current role, Adarsh worked at Slash, a fintech startup, as a Senior Product Manager and part of the founding team. Ada₹sh was responsible for overseeing product development and played a crucial role in the company's acquisition. Currently, Adarsh is working as a Product Lead at BharatPe, one of India's most rapidly expanding fintech unicorns. Ada₹sh is responsible for driving product strategy and growth in the company, which has processed over $20 billion in payments and facilitated significant loans for merchants.
