T. Rusty Elchert is currently the Director of Operations - Workplace Market at BHDP Architecture since June 2022. Prior to this role, Elchert worked at IMEG Corp as a Project Manager | Associate from October 2021 to June 2022, and at PEDCO Eng Services, now IMEG, as a Project Manager from January 2016 to September 2021. Elchert has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Throughout their career, Elchert has held various roles such as Retail Team Manager, Project Lead, Architectural Intern, and Cooperative Education Student at BHDP Architecture.
