Lavena Das is an experienced customer success catalyst currently working as a Customer Success Executive at BHIVE Workspace since March 2022. Prior to this role, Lavena served as a Management Trainee in Customer Success at BHIVE and gained valuable experience as an Industrial Trainee at The Zuri White Sand Resort & Casino in 2021. Lavena completed a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Hajipur in 2022, following a 10th +2 degree in Humanities from Himali Boarding School, India, in 2019.
