Alice England

Alice England is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Group Governance at BHP since June 2024. Prior to this role, Alice held the position of General Counsel at Ecora Resources PLC from March 2019 to June 2024, contributing to the company’s vision of promoting sustainable commodities. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Commercial and Legal Adviser, as well as Senior Legal Counsel at Ophir Energy, where Alice managed commercial projects and handled legal and compliance matters.
