Mollie Poulter

Mollie Poulter is a skilled geotechnical engineer with experience working at various mining companies. Mollie currently holds the position of Superintendent - Geotechnical at BHP since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mollie worked as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at OZ Minerals from October 2020 to May 2023 and at Newcrest Mining from January 2016 to October 2020. Mollie also started their career as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at Cadia Valley Operations. Mollie completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Geotechnical Engineering at The University of Queensland from 2012 to 2015.
