Tyler Sims is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as a Studies Engineer at BHP since April 2023, where expertise is provided in Asset Integrity. Previous roles at BHP include Mine Electrical Superintendent and various engineering positions, emphasizing reliability engineering and project delivery. In addition to engineering, Tyler is the Founder and Owner of Just Lead Consulting, dedicated to developing leadership skills, and is a Co-Founder of Never Knot, a YouTube channel focusing on exploration. Tyler has a longstanding commitment to the Olympic Dam Sporting Club, holding multiple leadership roles, including President, and has obtained degrees from renowned universities in engineering and finance, further supplemented by a graduate certificate in Health/Medical Psychology.
