Jenny Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership training and consultancy. As the Director and co-founder of Bi-Jingo Ltd since January 1997, Jenny has developed expertise in various sectors. Prior to this role, Jenny served as a Senior Consultant at the Centre for High Performance Development from January 1995 to January 2002, focusing on training projects within the investment banking, transport, and pharmaceutical industries. Additionally, Jenny held positions as an Associate Trainer at Whatif Innovation Consultancy and MaST, where leadership training was provided in the telecommunications and banking sectors. Jenny holds an MA (Cantab) in English from the University of Cambridge, earned between 1983 and 1986, and attended King Edward Camp Hill from 1975 to 1983.
