Orlando Anunciação is an accomplished professional in the fields of artificial intelligence and data science, currently serving as an Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Specialist at BI4ALL since October 2023. With experience as a Senior Data Scientist at Sony from October 2015 to March 2023 and a substantial background as a postdoctoral researcher at IPATIMUP focusing on genetic diversity, Orlando has extensive expertise in data mining and machine learning. Orlando's earlier roles include research at INESC-ID, consulting at Novabase, and software development at Ponteiro Mágico, alongside contributions as a scientific research intern and lecturer at Instituto Superior Técnico. Orlando holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Computer Engineering and has earned multiple degrees in software engineering and computer science from Instituto Superior Técnico.
