Tiago Lima is an experienced DevOps and Automation leader currently serving as "The Agile and DevOps Guy" at BI4ALL since June 2020, where a strong focus is placed on driving efficiency and innovation through Agile methodologies and Automation practices. Prior to this role, Tiago worked as a Project Manager at hmR - Health Market Research from May 2017 to June 2020, contributing to product direction and the adoption of Agile methodologies. Tiago's earlier experience includes roles at Portugal Telecom, including MDM Consultant and Reference Data Business Analyst, where responsibilities involved the implementation of MDM solutions and promoting best practices in data management. Tiago began a career as an Interoperability Analyst at DMSI/II - Instituto Nacional de Estatística. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Services and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology and Information Systems from Universidade do Minho.
