Leonardo Velazquez has held various positions in the energy and engineering industries since 2010. In 2010, they were an Accionista at APLICO SAS. From 2011 to 2022, they held multiple roles at INELCO S.A.S., including Director Eficiencia Energética y Energías Renovables and Director de Innovación. In 2020, they became the CEO & Cofounder of Inbatio. In 2021, they were the CEO & Cofounder of Inveese. In 2022, they became the CEO - Colombia of PLT Engineering Colombia and Co-Founder & COO of Bia Energy, aiming to empower LatAm users with sustainable, cheap and smart energy, through a consumer centric, data-driven, technology platform, for SMBs and Households.
Leonardo Velazquez completed their Ingeniero Industrial degree at Universidad de Los Andes between 2006 and 2010, with a focus on Inglés, Finanzas, Logística, and Innovación Empresarial. Leonardo also obtained an Especialización en Finanzas Corporativas from CESA.
