Sylwia Kakareko is a Solutions Engineer at Biarri Networks since January 2023, specializing in the development of technical processes for designing fiber optic networks utilizing GIS tools and optimization systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Development Engineer at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where market research and 3D CAD modeling for new products were key responsibilities, and as a Product Development Intern at AeroGrow International, focusing on defect analysis. Sylwia also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Florida State University, contributing to student support and statistical shape analysis research. Prior engineering roles involved process improvements at Polfer and Lean Manufacturing practices at Schneider AluTeam. Sylwia holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
