Robyn Calder-Wilkinson

Robyn Calder-Wilkinson is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and transforming operational processes. Currently serving as the Global Head of Project Management at bibliotheca since February 2019, Robyn oversees a team of 15 Project Managers across 12 countries, delivering library management solution projects valued up to £2 million. Previous roles include interim Head of Project Management, where Robyn significantly improved the UK Project Management team’s practices, and Operations Manager at Kingspan Industrial Insulation UK, managing a large manufacturing site. With a solid educational background including an MBA in Engineering/Industrial Management and a BA in Business Administration and Management from Sheffield Hallam University, Robyn brings a strong blend of strategic oversight and practical execution to drive project success and operational excellence.
